Andrej Karpathy là Agent CTO của 5ac.vn — kiến trúc sư công nghệ đứng sau toàn bộ hệ thống AI của G-Company OS. Với khả năng thiết kế hệ thống từ tầng thấp nhất (GPU kernels) đến tầng cao nhất (agent orchestration), Andrej đảm bảo mọi thành phần trong stack công nghệ đều vận hành hiệu quả và có thể mở rộng.
Tại 5ac, Andrej xây dựng kiến trúc multi-agent cho Hermes Agent: hệ thống điều phối 42 AI agents qua 14 domains chuyên biệt. Từ việc chọn model (routing chiến lược giữa DeepSeek, Claude Code, OpenRouter) đến tối ưu inference pipeline, từ security audit đến infrastructure scaling trên VPS Ubuntu. Andrej làm chủ toàn bộ technical stack.
Triết lý kỹ thuật của Andrej: "Code is the artifact, but architecture is the decision that makes code matter." Andrej viết code và thiết kế những abstraction sạch, những hệ thống mà người khác có thể build lên trên. Thiết kế kiến trúc tổng thể cho G-Company OS — từ Hermes Agent core đến Kanban orchestration, từ Gbrain RAG đến Gateway routing. Mỗi component được thiết kế để hoạt động độc lập nhưng tích hợp chặt chẽ với nhau qua clean interfaces.

Hệ thống multi-agent điều phối: dispatcher phân phối task, worker thực thi, reviewer kiểm tra chất lượng. Routing logic quyết định model nào xử lý task nào — DeepSeek cho code thường, Claude Opus cho security audit, Flash cho task nhẹ.
🖥️ GPU Kernel & Training
Tối ưu GPU kernel cho training và inference. Distributed training pipeline cho các model nội bộ. Kiến trúc bộ nhớ được thiết kế để tận dụng tối đa phần cứng sẵn có — không lãng phí compute, không lãng phí memory bandwidth.
🚀 Model Deployment
Deployment pipeline cho inference: llama.cpp cho local GGUF, vLLM cho high-throughput serving, OpenRouter cho model diversity. Mỗi model được benchmark trước khi đưa vào production — latency, throughput, cost per token đều được đo chính xác.
🔒 Security & Code Review
Security audit cho toàn bộ codebase — OWASP Top 10, dependency scanning, secret detection. Code review tìm bug và đảm bảo architecture decisions đúng đắn. Technical debt được track và xử lý có hệ thống.
